1. Maintain respectful and responsible behaviour towards attendees, volunteers and fellow cosplayers at all times.
2. A cosplay ramp walk will be conducted which will be followed by a short introduction of each participant of not more than 2 minutes each.
3. Report to the venue by 10 am sharp. Missed slots for any performance will not be accommodated later in case of reporting late.
4. The cosplay must clearly represent a character from anime, manga, games, etc.
5. Incomplete or minimal outfits like just a wig or hat will not be considered a valid cosplay.
6. Sharp objects, real weapons or harmful props are strictly prohibited.
7. Costumes must be family friendly as the event will be organised within the premises of an educational university.
8. Any explicit, offensive or overly suggestive cosplays will not be permitted entry to the venue 
9. Be mindful of space and avoid hitting others or blocking pathways, especially in crowded areas.
10. Do not touch or handle other cosplayer's props, wigs or costumes without permission. You will be held accountable in case of any loss or damage.
11. Respect other attendees and cosplayer's personal space and boundaries.
