This website has two different places for payment. 

  1. For buying products.

  2. For event booking.

For Products Refund And Return Rules
Conditions for the refund/return are as follows:
  • The wrong product was sent to you.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • If there is some defect in the product. 

5-7 working days are taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

For Event Booking Refund And Return Rules
Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since placing your order, we can’t cancel the order.

  1. Cancelation available only under 24 hours of Ticket Booking 

  2. Contact Us under 24 hours if anyone is needed for refund or return.

  3. After 24 hours no refunds will be given.

  4. If anyone having other issues Contact Us.

Late or missing refunds
  1. If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund reflects in your account.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
